well, this year is not a good year, and it continues from last year, i'm having more and more problems, all the problems is just ruin my life and friendship with others, it seems like never ending story, every time when i see the light at the other end of tunnel, i just can't reach it, the distance to the light is just getting far and far...
first i having war with someone because i can't take the criticism...so end up i leave the group, and it has been more than 6 months, people has forgotten what is happened before and life is slowly back to normal, guess what, i received a mystery email, the email has a solid proved the affair between a married bitch and married guy, and i don't know why i received the email, what does it indicates, i've been struggled what action need to be taken, ignore or not? and i advice the guy not to do so...
final decision i decided to share with a few people i trusted the most because i also want to know who else received the email, i suppose they won't go and 888.
so after the sharing session we scratching our head also, don't know what to do either, same thing happened ignore or not? until 1 day i received a sms from the stupid guy ask me why i hurt his wife, and the next day the bitch call me ask me why i did that, i'm super blur now, well, after the sms & call, i can conclude that the email is not a spam and they are having affair, worse case is the affair has known by the love one.
well, i think whatever that i have done to recover the broken friendship has no longer help...what i can do is - 'let it be lar' like the song from lam fung - '放手放开所有彼此更自由...'

why are potato chips curved?
today potato chips are playing an important role in our life, we can't live without potato chips when we are in cinema, when we are at our work space, even in the toilet doing big also we need potato chips...but anyone knows why potato chips are curved.
potato chips themselves let alone their shape, were a fortuitous accident. the popular snack food was invented in 1853 by George Crum, a native american, who was a cook at moon lake lodge, an exclusive resort in saratoga springs, new york. a guest complained that the fried potatoes that Crum had cooked were to thick, and in retaliation for what he considered a supercilious request, the chef sliced potatoes paper thin and fried them.
the practical joke backfired. the guest loved what soon become known as 'saratoga chips', and the new dish became a staple at the resort. other restaurants in the eastern united states borrowed the idea, but potato chips were not produced for home use until William Tappenden of cleveland, ohio, started the first potato-chip factory in a converted barn in cleveland.
the shape of Crum's and Tappenden's chips was the result of slicing the potatoes to take advantage of their natural rounded shape in the most efficient way possible.
if the shape of the finished potato chip is dictated by nature, so is the curl at the edges of the potato chips. Potatoes are composed of approximately 25 percent solids (mostly starches and sugars) and 75 percent water; but that ratio is not uniform throughout.
Marsha McNeil Sherman, technical director of the US snack food association, explains: "generally more of the solid' content is concentrated near the surface layers of the potato from the peel to the centre. frying is drying process, which means that potatoes with a high water content require more time and energy to cook than potatoes with a high solids content. the area of the slice with less moisture will fry faster than the area with more moisture. therefore, the edges of the slice will fry faster than the middle and will curl."
so before eating your potatoes chips, is fair enough to know about potato chips' history...
